This International Women’s Day, join The Daily Tot in “Raising the Bar” with the powerhouse women of Asia’s Best 50 Bars. On March 8, take part in the panel discussion and cocktail reception with the women of the day at WAV Rooftop, followed by an iconic guest shift from 8 p.m. onwards at The Daily Tot.
The guest shift will feature Bernice Tiu, Co-Founder of The Curator in Manila; Hazel Long, Owner and Head Bartender at Junior The Pocket Bar in Singapore; and Lola Lau, Head Bartender at Hope & Sesame’s Shenzhen branch. The three bartenders will also be speaking at the panel discussion at 5 p.m. along with Tiana Ludhani, Co-Founder and CMO of Singular Concepts, and Charlene Dawes, Managing Director of Tastings Group.
During the “Raising the Bar” panel, the five leading women will discuss the ever-evolving landscape of the F&B industry based on their experiences as individuals who have excelled in the field. After the panel, guests and panelists can mingle and enjoy rum cocktails and canapés served by The Daily Tot while enjoying the Hong Kong skyline from WAV Rooftop.
Following the panel discussion and cocktail reception, take a short walk to Peel Street and catch Bernice Tiu, Hazel Long, and Lola Lau in action during their guest shifts at The Daily Tot. Those who didn’t catch the panel are still free to enjoy the guest shift, with the star bartenders serving up their signature cocktails.
