Repulse Bay residents, you can now enjoy premium sourdough goods by Baked Hong Kong. The bakery and restaurant announced the soft opening of its fourth location, set at the picturesque Repulse Bay.
The latest Baked Hong Kong location is located in the vibrant hub of The Pulse. The shop is now in its soft opening stage, welcoming customers to try its offerings and location-exclusive pizzas. Additionally, Zahir Mohamed, founder of Baked Restaurant Group, announced the group’s plans to expand beyond the region and into Southeast Asia.
“We are thrilled to bring the Baked experience and exceptional sourdough bread and pizza to the vibrant community of Repulse Bay at The Pulse next month, with plans to expand to other countries in Southeast Asia in the upcoming year,” said Mohamed. “With our new aesthetic and specially curated offerings, we look forward to delighting both loyal guests and newcomers.”
What to expect in the new Baked Hong Kong store at Repulse Bay
The bakery is embracing a fresh design concept for its new store. A white-and-teal colour scheme decorates the interior, accented with light brown wood and sleek white furnishings. Inside its contemporary and inviting interior, guests can look forward to enjoying its famous sourdough bread and pizza while basking in the ocean breeze and sunset views.
To celebrate the opening, Baked Hong Kong is introducing three new pizza flavours exclusive to the Repulse Bay location. I See You, Looking At Me, Looking At You (HK$220) features a savoury yellow tomato sauce with mortadella, pecorino, and mozzarella. The pie is topped with crushed pistachios, fresh basil, and some lemon zest. Meanwhile, the Brooklyn Hipster (HK$220) is a blend of sweet and spicy with vodka sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella, parmesan, and hot honey. Finally, Call the Bookie (HK$23o) is a vibrant pizza with bresaola, mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, fresh rocket, and pecorino on a base of pesto.
