GOGYO presents limited-time Tori Paitan Tsukemen
Starting from October 9 to late November, diners can try the new Tori Paitan Tsukemen (HK$158) from GOGYO. A meticulous cooking process results in a creamy and fragrant chicken broth. Mixed with various sweet vegetable soups, the broth becomes rich in umami while still being refreshing. The flat, wide noodles are perfect for dipping and soaking in the flavours of the soup. To complete the experience, the dish comes with premium toppings like slow-cooked chicken breast and chicken thigh chashu. It also includes a soft-boiled egg and sweet pumpkin.
Aside from the noodles, the set also comes with a mini stone pot pumpkin cheese risotto. Once you’re done with the noodles, simply add the remaining broth into the stone pot. The mix of chicken soup, cheese, and pumpkin creates a delicious risotto to end the meal.
