Meet the adorable Tea Teddies by Tea WG, launching in Hong Kong this October

Tea and gummy bears collide in the new Tea Teddies, the latest launch from Tea WG. Featuring bear-shaped tea-infused fruit gums, the product showcases the brand’s playful side. It reimagines a new way to enjoy and make tea that attracts people of all ages. Oh, and have we mentioned how adorable they are?

Coming in eight different flavours, the Tea Teddies can be eaten as is — like a gummy bear — or dissolved into an aromatic fruit tea. Each teddy is made of a blend of white tea with natural berries, citrus fruits, and spices.  Kids can able to enjoy it as candy while adults can drink it as tea. It’s the perfect treat for the whole family.

Introducing the Tea Teddies flavours

With eight different varieties to choose from, customers have plenty of options when it comes to the Tea Teddies. Those who love a bit of spice can try the Orange & Cinnamon flavour or Ginger & Lemon. Berry lovers can try the Strawberry flavour or Blueberry. Looking for something that’s just sweet? The Apple & Grape flavour or Raspberry & Vanilla might be the one for you. Or, you can get a dose of citrus with the Mango & Orange flavour or the Grapefruit & Orange.

How to enjoy the Tea Teddies

As mentioned, the gummies can be enjoyed on their own as a snack or infused into tea. Turning it into tea is simple — simply add two Tea Teddies and pour 200ml of hot water into it. Once they’ve warmed up, stir them into the water to dissolve and enjoy your tea. If you prefer an iced drink, follow the same steps but with four teddies. Once it’s dissolved, pour the tea over a cup of ice and enjoy the drink.

Of course, each flavour is already delicious on its own, but you can also mix and match flavours to create your own blend. To get even more creative, you can add the diluted teddies to other drinks too. Think tea, soda, or maybe even champagne or beverages to create your own cocktail.

The Tea Teddies are available now at all Tea WG Salon and Boutiques in Hong Kong. However, these are not available for dine-in experience. Each canister of 200g includes 40 pieces at HK$108 each.
