The Ice Cream Cookie & Co. is opening its first store in Hong Kong this October

The Ice Cream Cookie & Co. is expanding beyond Singapore and launching in Hong Kong this October. The brand is bringing a wide range of plant-based and dairy-free options to our city. Its first concept store will open on Central’s Gough Street later this month.

Who says ice cream can’t be healthy? Since launching in Singapore at a farmers’ market in 2012, The Ice Cream Cookie & Co. has been growing a fanbase for its “better for you” ice cream. Its products are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients with added dietary fibre and reduced sugar. Coming in ice cream sandwiches or indulgent pints, the brand offers an array of options to choose from, including Asian-inspired flavours. Customers can find them in Circle K, Yata, and Park n’ Shop, as well as in the flagship store.

The Ice Cream Cookie & Co.’s signature products

The Ice Cream Cookie & Co.

The Ice Cream Cookie & Co. prides itself in creating healthy yet indulgent ice cream. Using ingredients like coconut nectar, the brand can create a naturally sweet ice cream with reduced sugar and gut-friendly prebiotic fibre. Additionally, its growing range of vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free products makes it accessible to even more people who want to enjoy its sweets.

Its flagship product is its gourmet cookie sandwiches. Featuring freshly baked cookies with a generous serving of ice cream, it’s the perfect snack to have on the go. Try out classic flavours like the plant-based Double Chocolate and Milk & Cookies or go for something more trendy, like the Pistachio or English Earl Grey flavours. A pack of one cookie sandwich is available for HK$35. Or, you can get a multipack of three sandwiches for HK$88.

Of course, The Ice Cream Cookie & Co. also has pints for days when you just want to dig into a tub of ice cream. Expect classic flavours like Vanilla Bean, Vegan Dark Chocolate, and Mint Chocolate. However, it’s the Asian-inspired flavours that keep people coming back for more. The brand transforms traditional desserts into decadent ice cream flavours. Think Black Sesame Mochi, Peanut Butter Mochi, Onde Onde, or Mango Mochi. Each of these flavours comes with chewy mochi bits, adding to its texture. Other flavours like Hazelnut Cacao and Acai Berry are also not to be missed. Each pint costs HK$79 for any flavour.
