The iconic dim sum chain Tim Ho Wan is opening its flagship store at K11 Art Mall. This upcoming location will also be its first premium concept store with items exclusive to this branch. With a more diverse menu of over 60 dishes, customers can look forward to trying out new items unique to this store.
The Michelin-recommended dim sum chain is launching its flagship store at K11 Art Mall. Outside of its signature dim sum, the menu also includes new stir-fried dishes, roast meats, seafood, rice, and noodle options. Curated with the head chef of a five-star hotel, the new items boast authentic and traditional Hong Kong flavours.

With the opening of the new outlet, Tim Ho Wan is debuting its flagship-exclusive dishes. These include Baked Creamy Stuffed Crab Shell and Chicken Tarts with Whole Abalone. Rice and noodle items like the Whole Fresh Lobster Crispy Noodles with Black Bean Sauce are coming too. The restaurant will also offer meatier dishes like Honey-Glazed BBQ pork, Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Mustard Greens, and Sweet and Sour Pork with Peach & Ginger. Tim Ho Wan sources local ingredients like the famous pickled mustard greens from Shek O to create these dishes.
Aside from the savoury foods, there will also be an array of Hong Kong-style desserts, like the Tim Ho Wan Plum Cake. Durian lovers should try out the Golden Cone Durian Crisps. Diners at the Tim Ho Wan K11 Art Mall store can also try the new signature drink, Cream Cap Almond Milk Tea. But don’t worry, its iconic dishes like the Baked BBQ Pork Buns will still be available, of course.
More about the new store
The concept store interior is inspired by Hong Kong culture. Elements of wood, gold, and jade green adorn the outlet, as well as mahjong tiles. Local artist Wah Gor is also contributing with a work of calligraphy. Guests can enjoy dim sum in a bright and comfortable space that seats more than 100 people at a time. The new Tim Ho Wan location at K11 Art Mall is now open for its soft opening.
