Rednaxela — Kinsman
Already a Kinsman favourite, the Rednaxela is a glamorous dessert-style cocktail that plays tribute to the famous spelling error made when a clerk accidentally back-flipped the word “Alexander” in the name of the Mid-Levels terrace. In the same vein, the bar’s mixologist turned the recipe of the classic Alexander cocktail upside down by using ingredients from Hong Kong and southern China. The result is a creamy blend of thick soy milk, monk fruit spirit, fenjiu and red bean liqueur that gives the OG a serious run for its money.
