This year’s Christmas festivities at Hong Kong Disneyland will kick off on November 15 with ‘A Disney Christmas’. The celebration will extend beyond Main Street and Fantasyland to the World of Frozen, the world’s first and largest Frozen-themed land.
The “happiest place on Earth” will gleam with holiday decorations and visitors can enjoy the return of Disney Christmas traditions. Catch the ‘Disney Christmas Live in Concert’ or the ‘A Holiday Wish-Come-True Lighting Ceremony’, and many others alongside Disney friends and your loved ones.
Hong Kong Disneyland to kick off Christmas celebrations starting November
One of the highlights of this year’s festivities at Hong Kong Disneyland is the World of Frozen. As the world’s first Frozen-themed land, visitors can join Elsa and everyone in the Kingdom of Arendelle for Christmas. Enjoy the first-of-its-kind Arendelle Royal Breakfast Buffet at Golden Crocus Inn and snap photos of the festive decorations. The forest area will also transform into a sparkling Christmas wonderland.
On three consecutive weekend nights starting November 23, the ‘Disney Christmas Live in Concert’ will be in front of the Castle of Magical Dreams. Mickey and Friends together with the Hong Kong Children’s Choir will welcome one of three remarkable singers from across the region to the stage. These include Gin Lee, Morisette, and Janice Yan who will cover a series of beloved Disney songs.
Other not-to-miss events include the dreamlike ‘A Holiday Wish-Come-True Tree Lighting Ceremony’, which illuminates Main Street with twinkling drone effects. Join Micky and Friends in the ‘Christmastime Ball’ as well as Duffy and Friends in the ‘Wish Upon A Star Photo Moment’ where they will don new holiday outfits and greet guests.
