Apart from Kajol and Sanon, Do Patti stars veterans Tanvi Azmi and Brijendra Kala alongside popular TV actor Shaheer Sheikh. Released on October 25 on Netflix, the suspense thriller was produced by Kathha Pictures and Sanon’s production firm Blue Butterfly Films. It has been penned by Kanika Dhillon and directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi aka BOB.
The gritty thriller follows a tough cop (played by Kajol) as she investigates a tricky case full of deceit surrounding the lives of identical twin sisters (played by Sanon) and their common love interest (played by Sheikh). Notably, this is Sanon’s first project as a co-producer and Sheikh’s debut film.
