November brings an exciting lineup of new food menu and pop-ups from some of the best restaurants in Delhi-NCR, creating a perfect opportunity for dining in with friends and family.

From Kashmiri Wazwan to succulent kebabs, juicy tender meat preparations have been curated by some of the best chefs in town. For vegetarians, preparations have been made using paneer, mushrooms, and assorted veggies. There’s also a delectable array of sweets for the ones with a sweet tooth. From soft and fluffy bread to sweetmeats filled with creamy brie, there’s something for almost every palate. You may have visited some of these spots earlier, but a new food menu beckons you to these popular eateries once more. The Leela Palace, New Delhi presents the rich and nuanced flavours of traditional Kashmiri cuisine with each dish being thoughtfully crafted by the esteemed Chef Tariq Ahmed. The Wazwan features a luxurious selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Kashmiri specialties, covering everything from appetisers to main courses, and accompanied by classic sides and beverages. Signature Kashmiri dishes such as Nadru Churma, Paneer Kanti, Mutton Tabakh Maaz, Mutton Badam Qurma, Kashmiri Waza Saag, Mujj, and Al-Hachi will be up on offer at this Kashmiri Food Festival. The experience is further enhanced by the fragrant Kashmiri Kahwa and traditional sides like Kashmiri Anchar Chutney and Perish, offering a true culinary journey into the heart of Kashmir.
