Jameel Frith of Swift Hibernerian Lounge and Daniel Eun of The Wilshire guest shift at The Bamboo Bar

8-9 October, 7.30-11.30pm

Prepare for trouble, and make it double. The Bamboo Bar presents two days of two guest shifts: Jameel Frith from NYC’s Swift Hibernerian Lounge, and Daniel Eun from Hong Kong’s The Wilshire. They’ll be shaking up a storm as they take over the bar with their good drinks and warm hospitality.

Manja Stankovic of Mimi Kakushi guest shift at Opium Bar

8 October, 8.30pm onwards

Ice, ice, baby. The one and only Manja Stankovic knows how to make drinks and please the guests — that’s how Dubai’s Mimi Kakushi is now No. 40 on the World’s 50 Best bars list. He’ll be showcasing his talents as he takes over Opium Bar for one night only.

Chef Ian Kittichai and Chef Nicolas Isnard four-hands dinner at Khum Hom

9-11 October, 6.30pm onwards

The famous Chef Ian Kittichai is joining hands with Chef Nicolas Isnard of the Michelin-starred L’Auberge de la Charme for three nights, showcasing how both chefs interpret the local ingredients sourced from all four regions of Thailand. Available in both 7 and 9 courses, the menu is available from 9-11 October only.

Caviar bites and sake pairings at Sababa

10-20 October, 5pm-midnight

Treat yourself and company to something special with caviar from The Caspian House and sake from Sake Seeker, available for a limited time at Sababa. Highlights include the wagyu beef and oyster tartare with yuzu wasabi oil, paired with Tsushimaya Another Nordwind, as well as the vanilla foie gras with challah bread and onion chutney, paired with Kazenomori Alpha Type 1.

“Cross Culture Weekend” featuring Indonesian talents at The House on Sathorn

12-13 October

It’s the return of the Cross Culture Weekend, with people of the Indonesian F&B industry coming to take over The House on Sathorn. Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve’s Executive Sous Chef Eka Sunarya will be showcasing his cooking at Paii and at Bar Sathorn, while the bar will be taken over by Silvio Daniele from Cosmo Pony and Tariq Widarso on Saturday, and Kiki Moka from The Cocktail Club and Fauzan Ramon from Pantja Restaurant & Bar on Sunday.

Lemuel Calma of Southbank Cafe+Lounge and RJ Ramirez of ReCraft guest shift at Stella Bar

14 October, 8pm-midnight

From Manila to Bangkok, Stella Bangkok is celebrating Christmas early as Lemuel Calma from Southbank Cafe+Lounge and RJ Ramirez from ReCraft take over Stella Bar with their lively personalities and fun drinks to pair.

“Culinary Compass” multi-venue adventure at four restaurants in Asiatique

Until 30 December, 4-10pm

Embark on an adventure of good food and perhaps a few drinks with the new “Culinary Compass” experience. Start at Sirimahannop with a pre-drink and a signature canape, before heading onto Asiatique Ancient Tea House for their succulent dim sum as appetiser. Then, The Crystal Grill House has you sorted on the main course with proteins of choice, before you end the session with a dessert at The Siam Tea Room. You can explore all this for just THB 2,888++ per person.
