Oscar Valle of Licoreria Limantour guest shift at Seen Restaurant & Bar

5 November, 8-11pm

No. 32 on the World’s Best Bars 2024 list, Licoreria Limantour has been a staple when talking about Mexico City’s bar scene even 14 years after they opened their doors. Taste their creations as bartender Oscar Valle comes to take over the bar at SEEN, perfect to enjoy with the Bangkok skyline as the backdrop.

Jacko Chang and Tom Liu guest shift at Lloyd’s Club

6 November, 9pm-midnight

It’s a night full of stars. After Jacko Chang won ‘Bartender of the Year’ at World Class Taiwan 2015, he went on to open bars Pop Corner in Shanghai, Red Cat in Nanjing, and Hiboru in Taipei. Tom Liu is the mind behind Taipei’s Michelin-starred Wok by O’bond and the bar Tei by O’bond now in 50 Best Discovery. Both will be taking over Lloyd’s Club for one night only.

Gelato Master Massimiliano Scotti at Vertigo TOO

6 November

We all know the joy of tasting actual good gelato. Now take that experience up one more notch as Gelato Master Massimiliano Scotti comes to town. He’ll be serving up 6 gelato-based appetisers, both savoury and sweet, paired with wine and cocktails. Prawns and melted mozarella atop a trio of tomato gelato and golden bread crumbs sound like a wild pairing, but it definitely also sounds intriguing.

‘Friends of Myanmar’ featuring Chef Htun Htun and Lady Goo Goo at dusitD2 Samyan Bangkok

7 November, 6pm onwards

Myanmar’s culinary scene is more booming than ever, with chefs spreading the cuisine far and wide, as well as adding their own spin on it. For one special event, Chef Htun Htun and Lady Goo Goo come together to create a limited-time menu that packs many flavours, along with Ottara Pyne who will be curating the wine selection from Wine Garage.

‘Speed to Spark’ LGBTQ+ speed dating event at Pin31

From New Delhi to Bangkok, guests are ready to Khi Khi as Chef Tarun Sibal pops by the kitchen at F*nkytown while Bar Manager Vineet Kumar shakes up a storm at the bar. Highlights include their minced goat meat sandwich with caramelised onions, stuffed Indian bread with jalapeno and cheese on the kitchen side, as well as the “The Crispy King,” a classic twist on the Gibson with peach, and their Gimlet twist with a lot of flower notes on the bar side.

Special Old Fashioned cocktails at Diplomat Bar

Conrad Bangkok’s bar is featuring limited-time twists on the classic Old-Fashioned available until the end of the month. Highlights include the “Rum Rose Reverie” with rose syrup and creole bitters, the “Cherry Crimson Classic” with red wine-infused cherry, brown sugar, and Peychaud’s bitters, as well as the “Lavender & Oak Noir” with lemon and butterfly pea juice, lavender syrup, clarified milk, and aromatic bitters.

’11 Heavenly Dishes’ limited-time a la carte additions at Asiatique Ancient Tea House

Until 12 December, 12pm-midnight

Arrive with an empty stomach, for the newly-debuted ’11 Heavenly Dishes’ will make you feel like dining as royalty. These dishes feature homey Chinese flavours adapted for the modern crowd. Highlights include the Lao Gan Ma Lobster, Black Chicken Chinese Herbal Soup, Deep-fried Egg Noodles with Seafood Gravy, and many more, but be sure to end on a high note with Black Sesame Dumplings in Ginger Syrup.

Post-Halloween celebration burger and milkshake at 25 Degrees Bangkok

Until 30 November

Halloween may have ended for us, but not for 25 Degrees Bangkok. Their “Spookin’ Pumpkin Burger” is available for the whole month, featuring a turkey patty, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and onion rings, in the middle of their pumpkin bun. While you’re at it, ease into Thanksgiving early with their Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake, available until New Year’s Eve in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic variations.

Dine and sightsee along the Chao Phraya river with the new Apsara dinner cruise

From now onwards

The Apsara cruise is back and ready to set sail along the Chao Phraya river. Soak in the beautiful view of old Rattanakosin, surround yourself with art works from Thai artist Nakrob Moonmanas spotted across the ship, and savour the four-course dinner with traditional Thai flavours and optional wine pairing. Highlights include the Slow-Cooked Beef Short Ribs with their secret curry paste, and the Ayutthaya River Prawn Tom Yum.
