HK Express rolls out seniors travel promotion with flights starting at HKD 2

HK Express is bringing back its popular feature “65+ Senior Travel Promotion” to celebrate Senior Citizens Day. Seniors can fly with friends and family for just HKD 2 flight tickets. All Hong Kong and Macau residents aged 65 or above can purchase exclusive one-way tickets to 20 destinations in Asia.

Choose from cities such as Sanya, Penang, Taipei, Da Nang, Manila, and Clark. Flights for other destinations such as Hiroshima, Seoul, and Okinawa are also available. Keep reading to find out more details.

HK Express’ senior travel promotion: How to book the tickets?

Seniors aged 65 or above who are looking to travel for the year-end holidays, Chinese New Year break, or even in the summer of 2025 should take advantage of this flight promotion from HK Express.

Eligible travellers can purchase flights anytime from November 21, 2024, to July 10, 2025. Booking is available until November 18 at 11:59 pm via the official promotion website here. There is no limit on the number of bookings.

To secure a ticket, enter the passenger’s full name and date of birth as shown on the travel document. Then, input the email address and contact number. Payment via credit card, UnionPay, AliPay, and WeChat Pay are all available.

One-way “Lite” fares to Beijing (Daxing), Sanya, Ningbo, Penang, Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung, Hualien, Da Nang, Hanoi, Phu Quoc, Manila, and Clark cost as low as HKD 2. Meanwhile, flights to Seoul, Shizuoka, Sendai, Takamatsu, Nagoya, and Okinaawa start at HKD 65. “Lite” fares include one small personal item and one cabin baggage only. Please note that the fares do not include taxes and surcharges.

Explore new destinations

HK Express has added more destinations to its flight network. This month, it resumed its flight service to Hiroshima and will soon launch flights to Penang. In December, it will roll out its flights to Phu Quoc, Shizuoka, and Hualien. Finally, in January, it will begin providing flight service to Sendai.
