The world’s first physical example of a Tesla Cybertruck outfitted for law enforcement has been unveiled by UP.FIT.
As specialists in modifying Tesla’s vehicles, UP.FIT has created a Tesla Cybertruck that is ready to be deployed for police use. Equipped with warning lights, sirens, a PA system, and an upgraded computer system, the UP.FIT Cybertruck can be further upgraded depending on the client’s needs.
From weapon storage, prisoner partitions, K9 enclosures, and even an extreme off-road package, the UP.FIT Cybertruck is an intimidating sight. “The UP.FIT Cybertruck Next-Gen Patrol vehicle represents a significant engineering leap into the future and we’re excited to offer law enforcement agencies the future of policing,” said Ben Schaffer, CEO of Unplugged Performance. “We’ve been thrilled with the direct feedback from police departments that have participated in our Cybertruck development and we look forward to deploying these complete UP.FIT vehicles to law enforcement agencies across the nation this year.”
Available from Admin, Patrol, and Tactical trims, the top-of-the-line trim of the Cybertruck from UP.FIT has a 340-mile range, is Starlink satellite internet ready, and is rated for NIJ 3 ballistics protection. The Cybertruck pictured above is just a taste of what can be done and sees 18” forged police wheels, a police livery, and a host of warning lights.
