Mark Zuckerberg calls META’s Quest 3 the “better product”

META CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, has just reviewed the new Apple Vision Pro and has taken to IG for his full Quest 3 comparison breakdown.

Comparing the META-developed Quest 3 VR headset, Zuckerberg states not only is it a better value, but it is also a superior product.

In his review, seen above, Zuckerberg reveals that the entire video is being filmed on the Quest 3. He continues in the video indicating that his original thought was that the Quest 3 would win in value due to it being priced 7x less, but quickly changed his mind after spending more time with the Vision Pro.

Confirming that he believes the META product to be the better device overall, Zuckerberg attributes comfort to be a large factor. Not only is the META headset 120g lighter but the screen is brighter, it has a wider field of view, and less motion blur. The one redeeming factor for the Visions Pro is that its display has a higher resolution.

On top of comfort, Zuck says the Quest 3 has more accurate hand tracking and a deeper content library. Recognising the power of Apple products, Zuckerberg reminds us to put the branding aside and look at the product for what it is. He ended the quick review with the line, “The best way to predict the future is the invent it.”
