Hilton Bali Resort unveils Elara seaside lounge and bar

Those travelling to Bali can check out Hilton Bali Resort’s newest expansion — the Elara Seaside Lounge and Bar.

Located in Nusa Dua, this new addition adds to the 27-acre cliffside retreat’s prestigious collection of dining options. Created to be an Oasis of Mediterranean Sophistication, this new adults-only seaside lounge and bar is part of the property’s new comprehensive renovation that brings all-new accommodations, event spaces, and a kids’ club.

Made to maximize the breathtaking ocean views along with the Balinese sunshine, guests can relax in the poolside cabanas while enjoying handcrafted cocktails or retreat to the indoor area to indulge in classic Mediterranean dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients. Those looking for a must-try dish at Elara can consider the 12-hour marinated grilled lamb rack with chimichurri, chickpeas, crumble, tahini, and yoghurt purée; cured salmon crudo accompanied by pickled onions, capers, labneh, and extra virgin olive oil, as well as roasted figs with stracciatella, topped with pomegranate and blueberries.
