HK Express has added another destination to its roster with the launch of direct flights to Hualien, Taiwan, starting on December 12, 2024. Flights between Hong Kong and Hualien will run four times a week, taking you to a city filled with natural beauty and vibrant culture in just two hours.
Hualien is HK Express’ fourth destination in Taiwan after Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung, bringing a total of 144 weekly flights between Hong Kong and Taiwan. Keep reading to know more details.

To celebrate this launch, HK Express is also offering limited-time discounts for as low as HKD 38 for ultra-lite fares. This includes one small personal item with a maximum weight of 7 kg for roundtrips scheduled anytime between December 12, 2024 and March 29, 2025. Hong Kong to Hualien flight schedule
Service from Hong Kong to Hualien will operate on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. The flights will depart from Hong Kong at 4:50 pm and arrive at the destination at 6:50 pm. The returning flights from Hualien will start at 7:50 pm. The arrival back in the city will be at 10:10 pm.
