Cathay Pacific Boeing 777-300ER aircraft and Aria Suite: Key highlights
The retrofitted aircraft completed its first flight on October 18, 2024, with the newly introduced Hong Kong-Beijing route. Designed to provide utmost comfort and ease to passengers, the retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER aircraft comprises 361 seats, including 45 flat-bed Business, 48 Premium Economy, and 268 Economy.
While the Premium Economy and the refreshed Economy have several of their previous salient features intact, they have been upgraded with additional facilities for more comfort. However, it is Cathay Pacific’s new business class Aria Suite that promises to take the flying experience a notch higher with its ultra-luxurious interiors and state-of-the-art amenities.
Some of its key highlights include a suite door and divider for more privacy, a versatile aisle-side armrest covered with premium leather, a multi-tier console for enough storage, and a comfortable meal table design alongside personalised seat controls. Additionally, passengers can connect their own Bluetooth headphones to the airline’s award-winning entertainment system, boasting a 24-inch 4K ultra-high-definition screen for in-flight leisure time.
Travellers can also marvel at the exquisite paintings by renowned artists showcased on the flight walls while entering the Aria Suite.
The retrofitted aircraft is also equipped with refurbished lavatories featuring a touchless flush, a foot-activated waste bin, and an infrared-activated faucet for a seamless restroom experience.
