Surprised by Mingyu’s body, Kook asked the star, “You seem like someone who works out a lot. Do you work out frequently?” To this, the K-pop sensation revealed that he works out every day. He went on to reveal the contents of his gym bag, which included chicken juice, low-sodium chicken breast, calcium, multivitamins, peanut butter, protein, and strap equipment.

Mingyu added that while he often works out at the same place for seven days, at times he likes venturing to a new place as exercising with different people makes him more motivated.

Mingyu and Dino revealed that their workouts usually last about an hour. In the clip, you can see the duo engaging in an intense back-and-shoulder workout, after a gruelling chest session the previous day. Mingyu said he does around three-day split workouts, which are meant to focus on different muscle groups on different days.
