In Netflix’s Deserter Pursuit (D.P), Jung Hae-in played an action-packed role for which the actor underwent three months of intense boxing training. At the show’s press conference, Jung Hae-in mentioned that the director and martial arts trainer wanted the actors to perform the action scenes at once without any cuts. “The acting has to be very realistic,” he added.

A combat sport, boxing has been in existence way before the time of ancient Greece and the original Olympics. The art teaches you intricate hand movements and footwork drills to evade punches.
