EPEX discusses mental health and plans for next album

Joined by WISH, KEUM, MU, A-MIN, BAEKSEUNG, AYDEN, YEWANG, and JEFF, we learned more about the meanings behind their albums, what ZENITHs can expect at their shows, and the biggest thing they’ve learned since their debut. Through the years, the group has performed at venues and shows like KCON JAPAN 2024 and DREAM CONCERT WORLD IN JAPAN 2024, and this show marks their first visit to Macau.

Check out what the group had to say below:

What can fans expect at an EPEX show?
We are always trying to put on the best show for our fans and look to show the various sides of ourselves. We prepare little surprises and you’ll see some of our cool, cute sides with some added charm. We just appreciate our fans so much so just coming to the show means a lot!

EPEX often releases titles that allude to mental health. Is this intentional?
Through our albums and songs, we like to go over some of the pressure and anxiety that our peers feel. Some of the lyrics are solutions or even words of encouragement for them. All the things we worry about and the emotions that we feel are put into the lyrics so that our fans have a better understanding of us as a group.

What’s the biggest thing you guys have learned since your debut?
We think more about the performance aspect of the show, and just how precious the stage experience is. Once you start working more, you realise how much effort, blood sweat, and tears it takes to make an idol shine.

What does EPEX have planned for the future?
After our fan concert, we are going to be preparing for our next album. We going to give it our all and hopefully have an amazing song and performance ready to preview to our fans!
