Roche Musique is bringing three of its standout acts, Darius, Kartell, and Cezaire, to Hong Kong for a night at The Trilogy on November 8 and to Singapore on November 9 at MDLR, Singapore.
Founded in 2012 by Cezaire, independent Parisian label Roche Musique started out as a small band of friends. The first to be signed to the label was Kartell whom Cezaire met in their common hometown of Tours, a little town in the west of France. In 2012, FKJ, who’s also from Tours, released “Lying Together” under the label followed by his second EP, “Time For A Change.” In 2014, electro-soul producer Darius would release his first EP with Roche Musique titled Romance featuring breakout tracks such as “Hot Hands” and “Espoir.” Today, the label has 17 talented artists — each with unique soundscapes and aesthetics yet connected with the common thread of expanding groove.
“The lineup features three standout acts from the label; Kartell, whose smooth, soulful productions and low-BPM grooves have earned him global recognition; Darius, a master of dreamy, introspective house with cosmic undertones; and label founder Cezaire, whose infectious sets bring together the best of hip-hop, funk, and house,” writes the organisers at Collective Minds Asia. “These shows promise a brilliant night out, blending the refined Parisian touch with the energy of Asia’s nightlife. See you on the dancefloor.”
November 8 tickets at Trilogy, Hong Kong and November 9 tickets at MDLR, Singapore are now available online.
