Nadine Ghosn walks us through the “Lifecycle” and “Building Block” jewellery series

Nadine Ghosn is back in our jewellery spotlight for a more detailed look at her latest collection.

After sharing with us her watch pairing in L/R Wrist, where she showed her full stack of playful bracelets, and insane Double Balance Wheel Openworked Audemars Piguet Royal Oak with a rainbow-sapphire bezel, this new video takes a deeper look at some of the key pieces from her collection.

Known for incorporating everyday objects and referencing items from her childhood, two of Nadine Ghosn’s new designs take shape as the Lifecycle Chain and Building Block series. One of the Lifecycle chains comes in white gold but is different from the original design with diamonds set in between the links. This version with its diamond setting takes over 60 hours of work for each piece. Another version is the XL version which is the same design but made beefier with over 400 grams of 18K gold.

The collection moves to the Building Block series where playful plastic toy bricks have been made into jewellery using precious material. These colourful rings are entirely customisable and can be stacked. The video ends with one of the most famous pieces from the Nadine Ghosn range of  Jewellery — the Shut Up Earring. Worn by the likes of Beyoncé, this ear cuff with its arrow design can be rotated to spell out “Shut Up” or “Shut Down,” depending on your mood.
