Following her historical Emmy win, Anna Sawai has just been named the latest brand ambassador of Cartier. The actress joins fellow Cartier ambassador Stray Kids’ Hyunjin, days after he was announced in the role.
Anna Sawai and Cartier are making their partnership official! Earlier this year, the actress helped unveil Nature Sauvage, the brand’s High Jewellery collection. While attending the 76th Emmy Awards where she made history, she wore the Cartier High Jewelry earrings and a Reflection de Cartier ring.
“I am very proud to become a Cartier ambassador,” says the Shōgun star. “For me, the Maison represents a world of creativity that constantly pushes the boundaries, exploring the beauty of savoir-faire and cultivating an original gaze on the world. Wearing these creations feels like stepping into a dream.”

Anna Sawai has been on the rise and her win tonight at the Emmys proves it. She won the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her performance in Shōgun as Lady Mariko. This makes her the first actress of Asian descent to win the award, marking a new chapter in history. Aside from Anna’s win, the series also earned a whopping 25 Emmy nominations across all categories. It also broke records with its premiere viewership on Disney+ and Hulu.
Anna first made her breakthrough as Eiko in the British crime thriller series Giri/Haji and as Elle in F9, the ninth instalment of the Fast & Furious franchise. Aside from Shōgun, audiences can also catch Anna in Pachinko as the main character, Naomi. The series is currently airing its second season on Apple TV+. She also stars in Apple TV+’s Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, which will air its second season soon.
Anna Sawai joins Stray Kids’ Hyunjin as Cartier ambassador
Aside from Anna Sawai, Cartier also announced Hyunjin from Stray Kids as its brand ambassador. As a member of the popular K-pop group, Hyunjin has been captivating fans all over the world with his charismatic talents and dynamic performances. He exudes a timeless elegance and creative spirit, which drew Cartier to the idol.
