For our next installment of Send Location, we head to the new Billionaire Boys Club and ICECREAM Flagship store in Hong Kong as it relocates from Landmark to Pacific Place.
The BBC/ICECREAM Pacific Place store echoes the brand’s playful DNA with neon storefront displays showing motifs of the brands. A chrome BBC Astronaut Helmet bench and oversized ICECREAM cone sculpture greets guests at the entry while various oddities such as BBC BE@RBRICKS and Pharrell Williams lego sets are displayed on the island. Lining the walls upon our visit were pieces from the brands’ Fall/Winter 2024 collections as well as BBC’s recent automotive-themed collaboration with Hong Kong’s very own, Tyson Yoshi. Along the carpeted area towards the counter is a DJ booth and plush seating area for guests to relax and browse different looks.
Billionaire Boys Club was founded by Pharrell Williams and Nigo in 2005. The brand is credited for playing an instrumental role in merging elements of hip-hop culture with high-end fashion. Still on the map nearly two decades in the game, BBC/ICECREAM continues to leave its mark on the worlds of fashion and music.
